Hullo someone and anyone,

I'm glad to have found this corner of the internet. I don't partake in social media, at all, curious if this counts, but definetly needing some feeling of connection.

I live in a small(ish) city in northern England. Yes, on an estuary, not just one of my favourite Hugh Laurie songs, an actual estuary, and I can't get over the eerie lull over Hull. See what I did there? I've still been at work, not stopped really, but hardly see a soul out and about.

What a year I chose to get my life in order? 2020. Perfect time to get my career, a relationship, and my mental health sorted, eh?

*face palm*

The city smells better though . . .

Hello there! Lifelong House/Wilson fan (well, not lifelong but it feels that way). Hughville runs house_memories, which has pictures and polls. There's some activity on Tumblr as well.

Absolutely! I've never attempted to navigate Tumblr waters . . . there be dragons, I reckon. Or more likely I fear change and am not very technicaly minded.

Oh dear, New York, I can only imagine. Though I must say I've seen great things from your fair city, so far as standing up for what's right and decent in these harrowing times. I wish you safety and health, regardless. I imagine that lower crowds has in a way, given your city a chance to breathe? Though I read the rats aren't faring well without all the refuse about. I've never been to New York, but would love to. Maybe someday . . .

We've always been an extremely dense city, so it has been extremely strange to have it so quiet. I've gotten used to the small number of people out, except for the protests.
